The 40 hectare property around Ružciems has been allowed to revert to a stunning natural wilderness. Two nature trails, one two kilometres and other three kilometres long, take you through a land inhabited by elks, deer, boars, badgers and beavers, dotted with places to collect mushrooms, berries or wild herbs for tea, as well as avenues of lime trees, 400 year old oaks and other wonderful flora.
